Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 hours before the pickup time in order to receive a refund. If this criteria is met the following applies to your refund:

• A 15% tax, 3.7% transaction fee, and 1.3% service fee will be deducted from the refund.

• The refund process may take up to 3-5 business days.
